Designing for Government departments can be quite the challenge. They want quality work with an inexpensive look. The first step in any brief is gaining the client's trust. If successful, the rest can flow incident free. As a result of a Uni project, the Queensland Education department required a packaged presentation kit to educate children and their parents about the abuse of common drugs within the home. My client visual became the artwork. The client was so taken by my idea, they wanted nothing changed. It proved to be such a success within Queensland State Schools, it was later adopted nationally and then introduced to PNG. Its official launch was at Qld Parliment House with news slots on each of the four free to air television stations.
